Marketing Specialist


Your mission:

As a Marketing specialist, you will help develop, execute and monitor marketing program across a variety of channels:
  • Includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization’s marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market
  • Looking at competitors and theirs pricing to understand the best way to market products and create profit for the company
  • Your need to have great communication and project management skills, and an ability to analyze data
  • The successful candidate will play an integral role in building an engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective actions that will increase conversion and brand awareness for 2 brands (B2B & B2C)

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and execute brand strategies that drive profitable growth trough sales volume, customer loyalty, pricing and market position in line with business objectives
  • Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns and events
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Create and execute lead generation programs
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Write, proofread and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies to execute marketing programs

Your skills:

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing ans analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM Systems  e.g. HubSpot) and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
  • Ability to work well in fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience in B2B & B2C brand strategy and working in B2B marketing environments
